25 to 35 years old, all ethnicities female; city girl with soft edges, MUST HAVE PARTNER-DANCE EXPERIENCE (two-step and/or west coast swing) – discipline can be forgiven with enough personal style

[GRETA]
50 to 65 years old, all ethnicities female; Sam’s estranged edgy Aunt, living without apology, comfortable in her artsy garden or on a dance floor; dance experience preferred but not required

[JULES]
25 to 35 years old, all ethnicities female; Sam’s forgotten high school friend now running a restaurant; excited about life, cheerful and friendly; dance experience preferred but not required

[MARCUS]
25 to 35 years old, all ethnicities male; reserved and quiet until he’s on a dance floor where he truly shines; MUST HAVE PARTNER-DANCE EXPERIENCE (two-step and/or west coast swing)

[MICHELLE]
25 to 40 years old, all ethnicities female; Sam’s brazen techie best friend living in New York

20 to 40 years old, all ethnicities male; must be expert level dancer with partner; able to do lifts and tricks

[BACKGROUND DANCERS]
20 to 90 years old, all ethnicities male or female. Partner dancing at a club; beginners and advanced dancers welcome

18 to 90 years old, all ethnicities male or female; restaurant goers; everyday folks
