Las Vegas Little Theatre Auditions for Sondheim’s “Putting It Together!”

Auditions are by Video Submission ONLY. There will be no in-person auditions.

Directed by Walter Niejadlik. Musical Direction by Toby McEvoy Choreography by Monica Johns.

Scheduled to Performing on the Mainstage July 10 – 26, 2020 with performances on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm.

PUTTING IT TOGETHER: a musical review celebrates award-winning composer/lyricist Stephen Sondheim’s humorous, poignancy and sophistication in material taken from a number of his original musicals, including A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Anyone Can Whistle, Follies, A Little Night Music, Sweeney Todd, Sunday In The Park With George, Assassins, the film Dick Tracy, and Do You Hear A Waltz? The theme is a party and the songs cleverly weave a tale of action and reflection on, of course, the subject of relationships.

ALL ROLES ARE AVAILABLE. Seeking males and females, ages 18 and up.

Please choose a song that best shows off your vocal and acting range. You may sing with or without accompaniment or tracks.

Auditions videos must be submitted via the online form no later than April 30th at 8pm Pacific time. There may be callbacks or follow up interviews after April 30th as needed. The target to cast the show is by May 10th. Please note, there will be NO in-person auditions.

Rehearsals will begin in late May either via video chat or in-person, depending on the current situation with the virus.

Please be sure to list all conflicts on the audition form. Additionally, please note your availability for an August performance should the situation cause a postponement. (This is not anticipated but, the current situation is still very fluid).
