Random House Casting Voiceover Actor for Book Trailer in Durham, North Carolina!

Description & Submission Information:

Voice the lead character in the book trailer for ‘Escaping Ordinary’, the new book in the Talespinners series, written by Scott Reintgen and published by Random House, coming in September 2020. Seeking male between the ages of 12-17. No accent or dialect.

This role is for one voiceover recording session in Durham, NC. The voiceover session will last under two hours.

Please send a voice recording sample so that we can hear examples of your voice. Please perform a short 30-60 second piece that fits in the theme of an adventure story (such as Harry Potter or other similar material). Do not impersonate a character, but rather, give us your own rendition so that we can hear what your voice is like. Please record a serious version and a fun/playful version of the script you choose to read.

Recording will take place in late July or early August at a recording studio in Durham North Carolina. Preference will be given to local actors.
