Teens & Adults for Covenant House PSA. COVENANT HOUSE

PSA. NON-UNION.

Start Date: 1 Day, between August 1-5, 2022

Audition Date: ASAP – SELF TAPE ONLY

Shoot Location: Tulsa, OK

Rate of Pay: Varied by role. All roles local hire.

BREAKDOWN OF ROLES

[YOUNG FEMALE] 15 to 17 years old, white female. Brown hair preferred. She is a homeless teen with nowhere go. No dialogue. $SET flat rate.

[OLDER FEMALE] 30 to 40 years old, white female. Brown hair preferred. An older version of the teen female. She tells the camera what Covenant House did for her. Testimonial dialogue. $700 flat rate.

[YOUNG MALE] 15 to 17 years old, white or Latinx male. He is a homeless teen. Lost, scared, without hope. No dialogue. Reactions only. $SET flat rate.

[OLDER MALE] 30 to 40 years old, white or Latinx male. An older version of the teen male. He tells the camera what Covenant House did for him, giving him a leg up in a time of trouble. Testimonial dialogue. $SET flat rate.

STORYLINE:
This is a dramatization of the older version of the once homeless youth telling her/his story. You hear the older person speaking while you see the dramatization through the younger version. Eventually it will cut to the older version, so we need them to look similar.
ABOUT COVENANT HOUSE
Covenant House is a large privately funded agency in the Americas providing shelter, food, immediate crisis care, and other services to homeless and runaway youth. The organization also provides care to homeless youth aged 14–20, designed to transition them out of homelessness into independent adulthood. More info at covenanthouse.org/aboutus
