Disney holding auditions for Star Wars characters.

If you are an actor in the Orlando, Florida area and you are looking for an acting job, Disney Parks may want you to play a Storm Trooper. The park is now hiring character performers at the Orlando location.  If you can handle wearing that costume in the Florida heat, read on.  These are paid acting jobs and the Disney casting directors are looking for actors who can commit to working part time or full time and “bring the role to life.”

Walt Disney World OPEN CALL – Storm Trooper: Height range 5’10” – 6′

Walt Disney World in Florida is looking for actors who are able to play storm troopers at their Disney World theme park.

Disney Live Entertainment is seeking performers to portray Storm Troopers, from the Star Wars saga, for immediate and future Full Time and Part Time roles. Performers will have the opportunity to bring this role to life, in addition to performing as the world famous Disney Characters, at the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL.

Disney Parks will be holding auditions to fill these roles.  The information on the Disney Open Call is listed below.  Please note that these auditions are for character performers that will be working at the Orlando park.

SEEKING THE FOLLOWING ROLE:

Star Wars™ Storm Trooper: 5’10” – 6’0”;

athletic, energetic with full range of body movement

AGES 18+.

HEIGHT REQUIREMENT IS A MUST- NO EXCEPTIONS!
