ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  •   You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Except as listed immediately below, to the best of your knowledge, neither you, nor any member of your immediate family, are now or have been within the previous six (6) months, employed by:
  • CBS Broadcasting Inc. (“CBS”), its parent ViacomCBS Inc., subsidiaries, or affiliates, or any television station that broadcasts the Program;
  • The Price Is Right Productions, Inc., Fremantle Goodson, Inc., FremantleMedia North America, Inc., Television City Studios, Hackman Capital Partners, or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate thereof;
  • Any person, manufacturer, or other firm supplying prizes to the Program; or
  • Any person or company that produces any program shown on any CBS television station (i.e., any television station that is affiliated with the CBS Television Network and/or any ViacomCBS cable networks).
  • You are not presently a candidate for public office and will not become a candidate for public office prior to the broadcast of your appearance on the Program (if any), or until one (1) year from the date of filling out this application, whichever first occurs.
  •         You represent and warrant that:
  • (a)        Within the last ten (10) years, you have not been a contestant on any television version of THE PRICE IS RIGHT.
  • (b)        You have not taped an appearance as a contestant or participant on any other television game show which has been (or may be) aired within one (1) year of you filling out this application.
  • (c)        You have not been a contestant on more than four (4) other television game shows of any type within ten (10) years of your filling out this application.
  • All eligibility determinations shall be made solely by Producer in its sole discretion and are final and binding in all respects. In addition, Producer reserves the right at any time to render any person who, in Producer’s sole discretion, is sufficiently acquainted with any person or entity connected with the development, production, administration, judging or exhibition of the Program such that his or her participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety.
