TALENT REQUIREMENTS:
21+, all ethnicities any gender. May vary in heights between 5’4” – 6’3.Â

Specialties are a plus but not required. Dancers should be professionals / experts in one or more of the following styles: Contemporary Dance, Street Style Dance, Acro Dance, Contortion Dance, Vogue, Hand-Tutting, Flamenco (primary focus on upper body posture and handwork, not the footwork), Animation, Krumping, Jazz, En Pointe, Tribal (including Zaouli, Hula, Haka, Shemakhinskaya Bayaderka, Dancehall/ Afro-Cuban). Special Requirements: Cannot be afraid of heights. Smoke used, large cumbersome and revealing costumes. Open to handling puppetry.

Immediate Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision) – Eligible as of date of hire. Performer is offered to enroll in one of two medical plans, one of two dental plans, and one vision plan. Rates vary based on the plan and participation in a wellness screening or annual physical.
401(k) retirement savings plan – Performer may contribute pre-taxed dollars to save for their future. Roth options are also available where contributions are deducted after tax. Performer is eligible to participate as of date of hire.
Meals: Performer receives one free meal in the Wynn Employee Dining Room for each 8-hour shift worked.
