We have several different positions available. Not everyone will be working all six days—each position has its own specific dates and schedule.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what we’re looking for:

Registration Staff – $16/hour
We need people who are comfortable working on computers and have good typing/computer skills. Registration staff may be required to enter attendee information, look up registrations, assist with badges, and perform other computer-based tasks.

Room Monitors & Line Monitors – $15/hour
We’re looking for friendly, professional people who are comfortable assisting attendees, monitoring rooms and lines, giving directions, and helping things run smoothly.

Bilingual Spanish/English Staff – Starting at $19/hour
We are also especially looking for staff members who are fluent in both Spanish and English.

REQUIRED ATTIRE:
• Professional solid black button-down shirt
• Professional black slacks
• No denim, tights, or leggings
• Solid black shoes — tennis shoes are okay, but the entire shoe, including the sole, must be black
• Professional sweaters and jackets are allowed
• No hoodies or zip-ups

PAY CYCLE:
Please make sure anyone interested understands that payment can take 30–45 business days after the last day of the show.

Most importantly, we are looking for people who are reliable, dependable, professional, and able to commit to the shifts they accept.

And this isn’t just for this one convention! We have the WEF Convention coming up next week, another huge convention in November, and another large convention in December, so we would love to continue building our New Orleans convention staff database with dependable people we can call on for future opportunities.
