Do you love “The Voice?” Would you love to tryout for the hit singing competition reality series?  If so, here is your shot an the Voice is accepting video auditions from people that would love to tryout to be a contestant on the singing show.

The show is holding a virtual open call and the online, video auditions are ongoing.

Do you love The Voice? Do you believe you are an amazing singer who can compete against other amazing singers? If so, here is your chance to get on the voice. The show and its casting directors will be holding an online virtual open audition in just a few days and those that would like a chance to show their singing skills to the casting team for the show can register to be a part of the virtual call.

“The Voice” is now casting singers across the country for future seasons of the show.

The long running reality singing competition is in its second decade on air on NBC. The show first premiered in 2011 and has been running strong ever since. Like many other big budget, major network competitions, The Voice has also been forced to drop the massive open call events it used to host all around the country and switch to zoom auditions and online auditions in order to find America’s undiscovered talent. The show is currently in season 21.

  • U.S. production and management company is holding auditions for a full time “Paul McCartney” for the Abbey Road band.
  • Abbey Road performs 130 – 150 dates per year in connection with our three Beatles productions: Beatles vs. Stones – A Musical Showdown, In My Life – A Musical Theatre Tribute to the Beatles and Abbey Road.
  • The shows perform in regional theaters, casinos, fairs and festivals and has toured since 2008.

The position requires the following:

EXPERT VOCALS with the unique sound of Paul McCartney; strong bass guitar and keyboard skills; willingness to learn to play bass guitar left-handed; lean and fit body-type; available for travel, have or can get a passport; drama free, no exceptions; between the ages of 18 and 40 with a youthful appearance.

  • Production pays for all lodging, meals and travel. $SET FLAT RATE per day per diem. Successful applicant would need to buy costumes, wigs and make up, although some are available (size permitting). We would be able to assist in providing guitars and keys.

Auditions for Celebrity Cruises Performers in Miami-Ages 18+

Celebrity Cruise Lines is holding auditions this month in Miami.

Are you a performer who has always wanted to do what you love….performing, while getting paid to travel around the world on a luxury cruise ship? If you live in south Florida, this is a chance to meet that goal as Celebrity Cruises is looking for performers to join their at sea shows.

Celebrity Cruises is looking to cast and holding auditions for theatrical performers that can sing and dance. Auditions are being held later this month but will be by appointment only and appointments are being set right now on the Cruise Line’s website, you may find additional information below as well as the link to their site.

The casting teams for the cruise line are looking for triple threats that are able to fill a variety of roles in their live shows.  They are requesting that performers who are interested in attending a live audition fill out their online form (provided by BUSA PLACEMENT) to confirm their audition slot.  The productions are seeking singers who can move well as well as dancers and performers who fall somewhere in between.

SEEKING:

Performers of all ethnicities, gender identities, and union affiliations to portray male- and female-identifying roles. Celebrity Cruises encourages gender diverse and color conscious casting. CHARACTER BARITENOR: Seeking vocalists to play male-identifying roles with a larger-than-life stature, personality, and voice to match. Must have excellent comedic timing, be comfortable and confident in drag (a la Miss Trunchbull), be comfortable singing pop/rock music, and be able to hold harmonies up to a sustained Bb. Improv experience is a plus. Must have an authentic or convincing RP accent. MUST MOVE CONFIDENTLY.

LEAD VOCALISTS: Seeking powerhouse vocalists with great stamina. Styles to include pop/rock, R&B, contemporary musical theater. Vocalists to play Female-identified roles need a strong mix/belt to F5, and legit to C6 for some roles. Vocalists to play male-identified roles need bari- tenors to G4 and tenors up to B4 with strong falsetto extension for both. MUST MOVE WELL.

SINGER/DANCERS: Seeking singer/dancers who are true triple threats. We require technically trained dancers with a strong vocal background. Dance styles in jazz, ballet, commercial, and partnering. Vocal styles to include pop/rock, R&B, contemporary musical theater. For female-identified roles, singer-dancers must have a strong pop/rock belt to D. For male-identified roles, bari-tenors need to have vocal range up to A4; tenors up to to a B4. Must be capable of understudying lead vocalist tracks as well as performing in the ensemble of dancers.

DANCERS: Seeking fit, athletic, and technically trained dancers with a strong background in jazz, ballet, contemporary, commercial, tap & partnering. Male-identifying dancers must have a strong physique and be capable of lifts. Female-identifying dancers should have lean silhouettes and be able to perform in 3″ heels including turns, leaps, floor drops & partnering. Gymnastics, aerial training, tumbling and partnering skills are a plus.

The theater production of “Pretty Woman” is holding virtual auditions.

The role is for a female in the age range of 20 to 40.

The casting team is looking for a black or indigenous actor or another ethnic group which is considered a person of color to fill the role.  While the role is an ensemble one, the casting notice states that this role will be featured in a solo during a certain sequence. 

The production is looking for a singer that has a high voice in the soprano range and has the ability for belt and movement.

The production states that the role is for the production that will require touring and that the show is currently on a tour across the US.

Pretty Woman: The Musical is a musical with music and lyrics by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance, and a book by Garry Marshall and J. F. Lawton.
The musical is based on the 1990 film of the same name written by Lawton and directed by Marshall. It centers around a free spirited Hollywood prostitute Vivian Ward, who is hired by Edward Lewis, a wealthy businessman, to be his escort for several business and social functions, and their developing relationship over the course of her week-long stay with him.

Storyline:

Hits! A high energy musical production featuring America’s best young superstars. The cast of approximately 22 members will consist of the countries most talented singers and dancers, ages 8-21. The show will take audiences on a musical journey through the decades; highlighting the biggest hits of all time in Pop, Rock and Broadway. It will incorporate fast- paced production medleys, dazzling costumes, and is sure to thrill audiences young and old! The national tour of 40+ cities has been booked beginning in March 2023.
